A complete UX overhaul of an employee management system used by HR departments and team leaders. The project focused on streamlining workforce management, improving user experience, and reducing administrative overhead for companies managing 100+ employees.
The Problem
The existing management system had poor usability, causing HR teams to spend excessive time on routine tasks. Employee onboarding took 2 weeks, performance reviews were delayed, and managers avoided using the system due to its complexity.
My Role
Lead UX Designer responsible for user research, persona development, user journey mapping, wireframing, and usability testing. Collaborated with HR professionals, managers, and IT teams over 4 months.
Research & Discovery
